Many people get trapped in the &quot;learning&quot; cycle. You will never know it all, and nor do you need to. As you say, pick one idea and take action on it!  

Once you have that mastered you are ready to learn a new one. And more to the point, you will have an idea of what is the most useful thing that you need to learn next to improve what you are doing.
